What Type Of Services Does Field Day Provide?
We are a full service boutique caterer. We orchestrate memorable weddings, perfectly paired wine dinners, corporate events, cocktail receptions, picnic boxes, drop off/ pick up meals & appetizers.
Do You Provide Bartending?
We are a fully OLCC licensed and insured bar vendor. Our experienced staff have worked at some of the finest craft cocktail and wine establishments in town. Please inquire about a full list of our offerings and pricing structure.
Can We Provide Our Own Alcohol?
You may provide your own beer and wine. However, you must use our licensed bartenders for service and there is an OLCC licensing fee as well as corkage on units consumed. OLCC regulations do prohibit the client from providing liquor, so all liquor must be purchased from Field Day. It is our policy for Field Day to handle all bar service and staffing unless the venue requires you to use their services. Please inquire for more information about service, licensing and corkage fees.

Do You Coordinate Rentals?
We have long standing relationships with many of the premier rental companies in Portland. To streamline logistics, we charge a small fee to coordinate all rentals and provide clients with an itemized copy of the rental contract for your approval. For casual events, we can provide compostable bamboo plates and flatware. As often as possible for staffed events, we provide use of our own platters & service ware at no additional cost with our food pricing.

All menus are created specifically for your event. Pricing will vary depending on the occasion, venue and the services we provide. Custom proposals will include pricing estimates for rentals, food, beverage, all labor & gratuity. All pertinent costs and fees will be submitted for your approval prior to the event.
How Many Staff Will I Need?

We will always include in a quote the amount of staff required to service the event to its utmost potential, never less or more.

We can provide a tasty boxed meal for $15 per person, available for your vendors to pickup anytime upon our arrival to the venue. If you would like your vendors to have the same meal as everyone else, just include them in your guest count- once all guests have been served they can partake.
When Do I Need To Give My Final Guest Count?
Estimates provided in the event proposal are based on a minimum guest count. If guest count is further reduced, price per person may increase. Final count is due 10 days prior to your event.
